The Opportunity
The Marketing & Events Specialist is a hands-on contributor role within Town Square Health's centralized marketing team. This individual will own event logistics coordination for market-based events and national conferences. In addition, this person will be a direct contributor to developing marketing collateral and patient education materials across digital and print channels, driving patient acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This is a mid-level, non-supervisory role ideal for a detail-oriented marketing and events professional who thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. This position requires 15% travel within Town Square Health markets and national conferences.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Patient Education Materials
- Develop, write, and edit compelling content for both print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, clinic signage, social media assets, email campaigns, and digital ads
- Create and update patient education materials in collaboration with clinical and operations teams, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency
- Maintain the organization's content library and ensure materials are up to date, on-brand, and compliant with relevant healthcare communication standards
- Support the marketing team in executing integrated campaigns that drive patient acquisition, retention, and community awareness
- Coordinate with external vendors (printers, designers, photographers) to produce high-quality materials on time and within budget
- Assist with maintaining and updating content on the company website and patient-facing platforms
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for Town Square Health’s centralized events and health fairs, including vendor coordination, venue setup, staffing support, and post-event wrap-up
- Manage the company's presence at national conferences and trade shows, including exhibit booth logistics, shipping and materials management, registration, sponsorship fulfillment, and on-site support
- Manage sourcing and inventory for event giveaways and materials
- Maintain an annual events calendar and, in collaboration with local Outreach and Education Managers, proactively identify new community engagement and exhibiting opportunities aligned with organizational growth goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact with event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for assigned events
- Track event budgets, reconcile invoices, and report on event ROI and engagement metrics
- Partner with clinic operations, growth, and clinical teams to understand market needs and translate them into effective marketing and event strategies
- Contribute to internal communications and team projects as needed
- Provide regular updates and insights to the Vice President of Community and Patient Engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or a related role
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing events, including tradeshows, community events, or health fairs
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
- Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) and marketing platforms (email marketing, social media management, CMS)
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a centralized team structure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel for events (estimated 15% travel)
- Mission-driven, collaborative mindset and a passion for improving access to high-quality primary care.
- Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or consumer-facing services environment
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance considerations (e.g., HIPAA-related communication standards)
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
